We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for items returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

- Must be in its original condition - No signs of wear or accidental damage.
- Must be in all original packaging - Box, Cotton bags and Inserts.
Must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order - Return cost covered by the customer.

The original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of US/Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them. (You might be able to claim these charges directly in your country).
Engraved or any custom rings may NOT be returned.
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 72 hours for our returns team to process. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return.
