We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for items returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

- Must be in its original condition - No signs of wear or accidental damage.
- Must be in all original packaging - Box, Cotton bags and Inserts.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside the US and Canada may incur duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these fees, and we are unable to waive or refund them. (You may be able to claim these charges directly in your country.)
Engraved or custom rings cannot be returned.
All gold rings (14k, 18k, 22k, 24k) and platinum rings are made to order and are therefore final sale.
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 72 hours for our returns team to process it. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice regarding the return.
